To ensure a smooth, safe and respectful experience for both clients and our therapists, the following policies apply to all bookings and services with Nu Massages.

Age Requirement (18+)

All services provided by Nu Massages are strictly available to clients aged 18 years or older.

By making a booking or attending an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

Management or our therapists reserve the right to request valid identification to verify age where necessary. If a client is unable to provide appropriate identification when requested, the appointment may be declined and treated as a cancellation.

Nu Massages does not provide services to anyone under the age of 18 under any circumstances.

Booking Policy

Appointments with Nu Massages can be made online through our website or by contacting us.

Clients may also enquire or request appointments by contacting our booking line. Our team will assist with confirming availability and appointment details.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 4 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• More than 4 hours notice: Any deposits paid may be refunded or transferred to a future booking.

• Less than 4 hours notice: Any deposits paid will be forfeited.

Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will forfeit any deposit paid and may be required to pay a deposit for all future bookings.

By making a booking with Nu Massages, you acknowledge and agree to the policies and terms outlined on this page.

Deposits

Some appointments require a deposit to secure the booking. When we request deposits, bookings are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

Deposits secure the therapists time and reserved appointment slot and are applied toward the total cost of the service.

Management reserves the right to request deposits at its discretion, particularly for new clients, extended appointments, following previous late cancellations or no-shows.

Deposit Agreement

By submitting payment of a deposit, you acknowledge that the deposit secures the therapists time and the reserved appointment slot.

Deposits compensate for time reserved specifically for your booking that cannot be offered to other clients.

Deposits are refundable or transferable only when cancellations or rescheduling occur with at least 4 hours notice.

By completing a booking and paying a deposit, you agree to these terms.

Payment Policy

Payment is required on arrival for all appointments.

Deposits may be required to confirm bookings, with the remaining balance payable at the time of the appointment.

Prices, services and availability may change at any time without notice.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure we remain on schedule for other bookings.

The full booking fee will still apply.

If you are significantly late, your booking may be treated as a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.

Hygiene & Personal Presentation

For the comfort and wellbeing of both clients and therapists, we ask that all clients arrive clean and well presented for their appointment.

Shower facilities are available on site and therapists may request that clients use the shower prior to the start of the appointment if required.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a clean and comfortable environment for everyone.

If a client arrives in a state considered unhygienic or inappropriate for the service environment, the appointment may be declined and treated as a cancellation.

Booking Enquiries & Screening

To maintain a safe and professional environment, booking enquiries may be subject to screening prior to confirmation.

Clients may be asked to provide basic booking details such as their name, contact number and appointment preferences.

Management reserves the right to decline or ignore enquiries that are incomplete, inappropriate or do not follow our booking process.

Repeated inappropriate enquiries or attempts to bypass booking procedures may result in refusal of service.

Client Conduct Policy

Nu Massages is committed to providing a safe, respectful and professional environment for both therapists and clients. Clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times.

Any abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour toward our therapists may result in the immediate termination of the appointment and refusal of future bookings.

Respect Our Staff

Our therapists deserve to work in a safe and respectful environment.

We have zero tolerance for abusive, aggressive, threatening or disrespectful behaviour toward our therapists.

Any behaviour that causes a therapists to feel uncomfortable or unsafe may result in the appointment being terminated immediately and refusal of future bookings.

Zero Tolerance & Immediate Termination Policy

The safety and wellbeing of our team is our highest priority.

If at any time a therapists feels uncomfortable or unsafe, they have the right to immediately end the appointment.

In these circumstances:

• The appointment may be terminated immediately

• The full service fee may still apply

• Future bookings may be refused

By booking with Nu Massages, you agree to respect our therapists, our environment and our policies.

Mobile Phones & Recording Policy

To protect the privacy and safety of both our therapists and clients, the use of mobile phones during appointments is restricted.

Photography, video recording or audio recording within our premises or of contractors is strictly prohibited unless explicit permission has been given.

Any attempt to record therapists or share private location information without permission will result in immediate termination of the appointment, refusal of future bookings and legal action if applicable.

Privacy & Discretion

We value privacy and discretion for both our clients and therapists.

Personal information provided during booking, such as name and contact details, will only be used for appointment management and communication.

Clients must respect the privacy of therapists and the confidentiality of our locations.

Recording, photographing or sharing therapists details or location information without permission is strictly prohibited.

Location & Arrival Policy

Our locations are private and discreet. Clients must only attend with a confirmed booking. Arriving significantly early or attending without an appointment may disrupt operations and may result in refusal of service.

Location details are provided for confirmed bookings only and must remain confidential.

Right to Refuse Service

Nu Massages reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.

This may occur if a client is intoxicated, behaving inappropriately, violating policies, or creating an unsafe environment.
